This 1/43rd scale model depicts the Continental Supersports. Finished in Light Grey Satin exterior paint with Hotspur interior, the detail on this model extends to quilted sports seats and rear compartment, carbon inlays to the dashboard and console, bonnet vents and even the same tiny adjustment to the rear spoiler profile. Presented in the new deep green Bentley box with a separate clear acrylic cover to protect the model, the Continental Supersports is another beautifully detailed scale model available from the Bentley Collection.

“Alfred Dunhill for Bentley” Luggage Collection
We are pleased to provide you with details of a new range of leather luggage, available to order now.
In keeping with Bentley’s tradition of bespoke craftsmanship this luggage will be hand-made and manufactured exclusively for Bentley by Alfred Dunhill. The luggage has been designed in collaboration with Bentley’s Design & Styling team in Head office, Crewe.
The Briefcase measures 40.5x34.5x11.5 cm and includes a pu;;-out leather folio. The briefcase is handcrafted in Brown Natural grain leather with a matching interior trim. The brightware has been designed exclusively for Bentley and features a unique lock mechanism with knurled edge and inset “B”, black inlaid feet with knurled edge, “Bentley” branded chromed zip pull and “Alfred Dunhill for Bentley” embossed leather labels inside the bags.
Availability:
The hand-made nature of these items means that they can only be manufactured in limited quantities and stock will be held in the Crewe warehouse. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

Bentley Book Wins Prestigious Award
Crewe, 5th April 2006 …
A book charting the history of Bentley Motors has been voted ‘Best Book on Car Design’ by Germany’s influential Motor Presse Club e.V. The award for ‘Bentley – The Story’ was presented during a ceremony on Friday, March 31 at the Auto Mobil International (AMI) in Leipzig.
Voted for by a jury of internationally renowned car designers and journalists – Chris Bangle, design director BMW; Prof. Dr. Florian Hufnagl, Director Pinakothek der Moderne, Design; Holger Jung, Jung von Matt AG; Michael Ramstetter, editor-in-chief ADACmotorwelt and Wolfgang Peters, Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung; ‘Bentley – The Story’ beat four other shortlisted contenders to take the prize in its category.
‘Bentley – The Story’ is by the well-known British motoring journalist Andrew Frankel and was first printed in 2003. A second edition, updated to include a chapter on the Bentley Continental Flying Spur, was published in September 2005.
‘I wanted to write a history of Bentley long before I ever drove one,’ said Andrew Frankel, ‘and now I’ve finally got around to doing it, it is very satisfying as well as a great honour to see the book recognised in this way, particularly by such a discerning jury.’

This perfectly detailed scale model of the new Bentley Mulsanne has been developed, as with all our model cars, in conjunction with the designers who were involved in conceiving this truly amazing motorcar in the styling studio here in Crewe. Finished in 'Light Gazelle' with Cashew and Burnt Oak interior, this model is finished to the exact same specification as the actual car launched at Pebble Beach on 16th August 2009.
